2.International User Meeting        The Q60 is 25 !

On the occasion of the 25 years Q60 aniversary, an International QL Meeting will take place in Dormagen on  6/7/8 June

The conference hotel will be the same Hotel Restaurant Höttche as last year (Hotel Hoettche).

 If you need booking assistance, please give me a note.

The price for an overnight stay is 99 euros for participants of the meeting this includes breakfast and parking.

Mention that your are part of the meeting to get the discount !

Arrival is planned for Friday, June 6th. The rooms will be available for us from midday. Departure would be on Sunday morning.

We will eat and drink directly in the adjoining restaurant.

The hotel is located approx. 1.8 km from Dormagen train station.

The train station Dormagen can be reached by train with the RE6 in about 1/2h from the airports Düsseldorf and Cologne.

All trains also stop at Cologne main station, so that rail travelers can also travel from there on the same Regio.

Slower but more frequent (every 20 minutes) is the S11 (56min)on the same route (one change from Düsseldorf).

Other connections are with transfers...

Agenda:

We will meet at the hotel from Friday dinnertime. (I can be there from 12:00, give me a call).

We will start setting up our equipment and have a first exchange.

In the evening we can have dinner together in the hotel restaurant, as mentioned above.

The official part starts on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. The catering is "a la carte" from the restaurant.

There is no official end to the day.
